about sustainability and mindful sourcing, our lunch menu features White Oak pastured & grass-fed, all natural beef, Springer Mountain Farms all natural chicken, Heritage Berkshire thick cut, all natural bacon, organic eggs, local and all natural cheeses, Holeman & Finch (H&F) breads, plus local and organic produce.
We offer Foodie Delights, Karma Classics & Veggie Nirvana sandwiches and wraps with crunchy potato chips or a specialty house side. Our new gluten free, oven “fried” Springer Mountain chicken breast is piled high with lettuce, tomato and special sauce, and our ABLT features Haas avocado, all natural or tempeh bacon & thick, juicy tomato. Everyone’s favorite Cookie Studio shredded chicken salad is still made daily with pecans and grapes, or try our new traditional Southern fare with a twist, like curry turmeric, all natural chicken salad mixed with coconut yogurt and vegan Just Mayo on H&F sourdough. Lunch is served Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.
On Saturday, we also offer a modified brunch menu until 2 p.m.
The sweet treats from our in-house Artisan bakery, The Cookie Studio, and the amazing fair trade, Intelligentsia Coffee are available all day, Monday through Saturday.
